Job Title: Anaplan Solution Architect (Agile FP&A Specialist)
Location: Princeton, NJ
Duration: 12 Months
Lead transformative financial planning in pharma using Anaplan's Agile "Anaplan Way." Drive sprint deliverables, user adoption, and high-performance models for R&D, Gross-to-Net, and Accruals.
Excel in business-technical translation with Solution Architect certification and delivery focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the Agile way working for Anaplan.
- Understand the user stories listed in sprint and convert them into Anaplan deliverable.
- Resource should have good communication skill to talk to business users to remove any roadblocks during sprint development.
- Resource should be capable to driving sessions for end users and show them developed functionalities in Anaplan and take feedback and implement same.
- Resource should be able to coordinate with different team for integration need of Anaplan.
- Coordinating and Drive UAT cycle for business users and publish the UAT results.
- Creating Functional and Technical/ SOP documents for end users on Anaplan developed models.
- Migration of Anaplan models to production workspace and supporting and fixing end users issues.
- Provide user training on Anaplan developed models and UX/UI.
Must-Have Skills:
- Good model design and development capabilities in Anaplan with understanding of DISCO and PLAN standards to avoid any performance challenges.
- Knowledge on UX and UI capabilities of Anaplan to develop end users Anaplan APPs.
- Clear understanding of financial planning process and should be able to understand the business language and convert them to Anaplan deliverables.
- Good understanding of R&D Planning, Gross to Net Planning and Accrual financial planning.
- Knowledge on pharma domain will hold additional advantage.
- Good understanding of Anaplan security (Selective access and DCA).
- Good knowledge on model and workspace management.
- Should be solution architect certified with FP&A planning background.
- Good debugging and problem-solving capabilities to trouble shoot productions issues.
- Clear understanding of Financial Closure process (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly).
- Delivery focused and capable to meeting agreed timelines.
- Understand the tools like Service now and Jira.
