About the Position / Current Initiatives: Opportunity is tied to a pilot program that could expand into future workstreams/opportunities. Role is geared toward a slightly senior, hands-on individual who can also lead activities and provide oversight. Strong emphasis on infrastructure-side programming and automation engineering.
About the Team Structure + Culture: Massive enterprise mainframe environment at a large bank (BNY). Mainframe environment size: 100k+ MIPS. Team size: Approximately 150 200 people within the mainframe organization. Cross-functional interaction expected with additional business and technical stakeholders.
Manager Likes/Dislikes: Experience in automation-heavy environments and deep expertise in mainframe disciplines
Qualifying/Screening Questions:
