Internship Program 2027

The Tetra Pak Internship Program is your pass to the professional world, offering you hands-on experience and valuable networking opportunities. You will experience real situations in the corporate world and develop on a personal and professional level. Upon joining our team, you will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare you to put your full potential into action.

We are offering one (1) IT Product Development Internship based in Denton, TX.

Salary Range: $22-$25 / hour

As an intern, you will collaborate with a highly skilled and supportive team that follows Agile and SCRUM methodologies to deliver innovative solutions. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to real projects, learn modern engineering practices, and develop both your technical and professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Our primary customers are Tetra Pak employees and consultants, meaning the solutions you help support will have a direct impact on teams across the business. This internship is ideal for students who enjoy technology, problem-solving, teamwork, and continuous learning while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced and innovative setting.

Please note, for internships that will be within a factory environment, you will be walking around a production facility frequently which will require you to wear steel toe safety shoes, wear a company provided uniform, wear proper protective equipment (hair net, ear plugs, safety glasses), and remove any jewelry.

All safety gear is provided by Tetra Pak, including a shoe voucher for the intern to purchase safety shoes.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas, relocation, or housing for these positions.

What you will do

IT Product Development Intern (100109)

Duration: Long-term (May 31, 2027 - April 28, 2028) Full-time until mid-August, then part-time max. 20 hours/week

As IT Product Development Intern you will:
  • Gain a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and how it supports our end-users and teams
  • Working Agile leveraging Scrum
  • Create solutions within a specific product development team
  • Develop capabilities within ServiceNow IT Operations Management, Enterprise Monitoring Tools, and DevOps platforms
  • Develop automation capabilities with coding languages such as Python, Power shell, Ansible
  • Develop data driven reports
  • Work with stakeholders and end-users
  • Present solutions to team, stakeholders, and management
  • Develop capabilities within on-premises Data Center infrastructure, Kubernetes, and VM Ware

Suggested majors: Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer Information Systems or similar.

Desirable Skills / Knowledge: The ideal candidate will already know a bit of Automation or coding languages (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.) APIs, Microsoft Office Microsoft Power BI or other reporting tools.

Availability for internship: (May 31, 2027 - April 28, 2028) Full-time until mid-August, then part-time max. 20 hours/week

We believe you have
Bachelor studies in any of the majors mentioned in each opportunity, coursing your two (2) last years of university/college, and you are interested in taking your career to the next level these opportunities are for you.
Availability to work Full time during summer.
