A mission-driven organization is looking for an Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to help design, optimize, and automate modern hybrid and cloud-first environments.

This role sits within a collaborative Technology team and focuses heavily on Microsoft 365, Azure, automation, security, and API integrations, supporting both infrastructure and end-user platforms.

What you ll be doing:

• Designing and supporting hybrid & cloud infrastructure (Azure + Microsoft 365)
• Managing and optimizing Entra ID, Intune, Azure resources, Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive
• Strengthening security, access controls, and compliance
• Building automation workflows using PowerShell, Power Automate & Azure Logic Apps
• Supporting backups, disaster recovery, and performance tuning
• Partnering with internal teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions

What they re looking for:

• 3 5 years experience in Infrastructure / Cloud Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 & Azure
• Background supporting hybrid environments
• PowerShell automation experience (Power Automate a big plus)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Microsoft or cloud certifications
• Python or KQL experience
• Exposure to Google Workspace
• Nonprofit or mission-led environment experience
