Title : Data Governance / MDM Lead (Profisee Platform)
Location : Remote
Rate : $53/hr on W2
Employment Type : W2 Position
We are seeking an experienced Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) professional with strong expertise in the Profisee MDM platform to lead enterprise data management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and data quality frameworks.
· Manage data stewardship activities including issue intake, root cause analysis, and remediation.
· Design and architect end-to-end MDM solutions including match/merge rules, survivorship, and hierarchy management.
· Lead and mentor data analysts, stewards, and engineering teams.
· Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align data strategy with organizational goals.
· Manage and support MDM platforms (Profisee, Informatica, SAP, Oracle) and vendor relationships.
Technical Skills:
· Strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM) using Profisee platform.
· Orchestration tools: Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi.
· Programming: Java, Python, Unix Shell Scripting.
· Big Data & Storage: Apache Spark, AWS S3, MinIO.
· Security: SSL/TLS, IAM, Java Keystores, Certificate Management.
· Operating Systems: Linux/Unix (RHEL, Ubuntu).
Preferred Experience:
· Strong background in enterprise data governance and MDM architecture.
· Experience working with large-scale data platforms and cloud environments.
· Leadership experience in cross-functional data teams.
