JOB SUMMARYPosition is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role enables seamless, intelligent employee experiences and ensures HRSD capabilities align with Human Resources (HR) strategies and Information Resources (IR) technology standards. As a dotted line to HR, the developer will work closely with HR stakeholders such as Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and HR Services and IR technology teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONRequired- Education
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field
- Experience
5 years years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, specifically HRSD modules.
Strong proficiency in: JavaScript; ServiceNow Scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions); Employee Center Pro development; and HTML, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, Angular JS.
Experience with HRSD configuration, data imports, and integrations.
Previous experience with building integrations with REST or SOAP API's.
JOB DUTIES- Partners with HR stakeholders to translate HRSD product vision into clear, prioritized user stories and business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and stakeholder priorities.
- Builds and maintains HR Services, Case Types, Templates, Topic Categories, Record Producers, and end-to-end workflows.
- Serves as a point of escalation for complex HRSD issues, providing guidance and resolution in partnership with technical and business teams.
- Designs, develops, configures, and maintains ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) applications, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and HR Catalog.
- Develops and maintains integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external systems such as PeopleSoft and UKG WFM.
- Able to engage and create relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborates with platform developers and architects across modules to ensure compliance and seamless functionality.
- Backlog grooming, including documentation of enhancement requirements and effort estimates.
- Develops, installs, and modifies ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, lists, business rules, and scripts.
- Participates in workshops and provides technical inputs, conduct show back sessions and training sessions.
- Updates and maintains a comprehensive unit testing protocol for ServiceNow instance deployment and upgrades.
- Creates and maintains system design and operations documents.
- Changes implementation (packaging the code, implementation plan input and deployment support).
- Designs and maintains platform architectures, while adhering to platform development standards for the following modules, including, but not limited to: HRSD and Employee Center, MID servers.
- Ensures all development, support, and service delivery processes comply with established IT Service Management (ITSM) standards and practices.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
