Required Experience

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
3+ years of experience working on Guidewire implementations or enhancement projects.
Strong P&C Insurance domain experience.
Hands-on functional experience with at least one of:
- Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Guidewire BillingCenter
- Guidewire ClaimCenter
Experience working on end-to-end Guidewire implementation, upgrade, migration, or enhancement projects.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.

P&C Insurance Domain Knowledge

Strong understanding of insurance processes such as:

New Business
Quote and Bind
Policy Issuance
Renewals
Endorsements
Cancellations
Reinstatements
Rewrites
Underwriting
Rating
Coverages
Limits and deductibles
Premium calculation
Billing and payments
Claims lifecycle
Producer/agency management
Policy servicing
