We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Analyst with strong IT Operations Management (ITOM) experience to support and optimize our enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role will focus heavily on Discovery, MID Server infrastructure, and Event Management while contributing to overall platform administration and supporting core ITSM processes.
You will partner with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams to enhance system visibility, drive automation, and improve operational health across the organization s technology environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, MID Server, and Event Management
- Deploy, configure, tune, and maintain MID Servers to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure accurate service mapping and CMDB integrity
- Configure and optimize Event Management rules, alert correlation, and operational dashboards
- Troubleshoot platform issues, including integrations, performance bottlenecks, and data accuracy
- Document configurations, workflows, and operational procedures to support knowledge sharing
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and industry best practices, recommending enhancements and automation opportunities
- Assist with broader platform administration and support ITSM functions as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of ServiceNow administration or technical infrastructure/operations support experience
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (servers, databases, networking, firewalls, load balancers, etc.)
- Working knowledge of CMDB structures and configuration item relationships
- Proven troubleshooting ability with a strong analytical mindset
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or CIS Discovery
- Experience with JavaScript and building workflows or automation within ServiceNow
- Hands-on expertise with Discovery, Event Management, and MID Server administration
- ITIL v3/2011 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification
