Job Description
Join our IT team as a Senior IT Systems Analyst supporting Workday Financials and the broader Finance organization. This role will configure, maintain, and improve Workday Financial modules while partnering with Finance and IT to support business operations and drive system enhancements. Key Workday Financial areas include General Ledger, Customers, Payables, Expenses, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Adaptive Planning, Capital Projects, Account Certifications, Banking, and related finance applications.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned Workday Financial modules.
- Lead semi-annual Workday release management including testing and enhancement adoption.
- Configure and maintain Workday based on business and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot tenant configuration, integrations, and business process issues.
- Partner with Finance to improve workflows and system utilization.
- Ensure data integrity through analysis and system audits.
- Support and maintain multiple Workday Financial modules.
- Perform mass data loads using EIBs.
- Develop and deliver Workday reports including ad hoc and standardized reporting.
- Act as liaison between Finance and IT teams.
- Manage Workday Finance related projects and initiatives.
- Develop and execute test cases and scripts.
- Cross train across Workday modules and provide backup support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with financial systems.
- 1+ years of Workday tenant experience.
- Experience supporting or configuring Workday Financial modules.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong communication skills with business and technical teams.
- Experience with Workday reporting and data analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with multiple Workday Financial modules.
- Experience with Workday releases and testing.
- Experience with EIB data loads.
- Experience supporting Finance organizations.
- Project management experience.

Local candidates are highly preferred. The expected pay range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000. Actual placement within the range will depend on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
