Job Overview
 
We are looking for a Senior Data Architect with strong Financial Crimes / AML / Banking domain experience to support enterprise data architecture initiatives. The role will focus on data architecture, modeling, governance, integration, and data solutions for AML and financial crime compliance. 
Mandatory Skills

9 20 years of overall IT experience with strong Data Architecture experience.

Strong Enterprise Data Architecture & Data Modeling.

Experience with Data Governance, Data Quality & Data Lineage.

Strong Data Integration & Data Consumption Frameworks.

Hands-on Financial Crimes (FCRM) domain experience.

Strong knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering).

Experience with KYC, Customer Risk Rating (CRR), Transaction Monitoring.

Knowledge of Investigations, Sanctions & Screening.

Experience gathering business and data requirements.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Banking / Financial Services / Risk & Compliance domain experience.

Must be willing to work from the client office in Phoenix, AZ.

Preferred / Plus Skills

Generative AI / LLM / Custom GPT experience.

Experience with AMEX GFCC processes, systems, or data.
