Business Systems Analyst - workforce management, labor forecasting, payroll, or scheduling systems

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the Workforce Forecasted Labor Cost and Job Scheduling initiative. This role will partner across Business, Technology, and Solution Integration teams to facilitate work sessions, capture and document business and functional requirements, and ensure alignment between operational needs and system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate structured working sessions with business stakeholders, solution integration teams, and technology partners
  • Elicit, analyze, and document clear business and functional requirements
  • Translate operational workforce planning and labor cost needs into actionable system requirements
  • Partner with integration teams to support data flow design, validation, and system alignment
  • Drive traceability from requirements through solution design, development, and testing
  • Identify gaps, dependencies, and risks across business and technical workstreams
  • Support UAT preparation, validation, and stakeholder sign-off
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology initiatives
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and requirements sessions
  • Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, process flows, data mappings)
  • Experience working with integration teams and understanding system interfaces
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in workforce management, labor forecasting, payroll, or scheduling systems
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and system integrations
  • Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments and Scrum master role
