Python Engineer

Introduction

We are looking for a skilled Python Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building back-end services and REST APIs using Django and FastAPI. They should be comfortable working with PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, and CI/CD practices. The Python Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining various API services, optimizing response times, and ensuring code quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain back-end services and REST APIs using Python frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
• Optimize API response times through query optimization, caching, and other performance tuning techniques.
• Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis to store and retrieve data efficiently.
• Utilize cloud services such as AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) and containerization tools like Docker for deployment.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software release process.
• Write clean, well-tested code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, collaborate with team members, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience with building back-end services and REST APIs using frameworks like Django and FastAPI.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis.
• Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, containerization tools like Docker, and CI/CD practices.
