Summary

We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead to manage and guide development teams across onsite and offshore locations. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in .NET Core and Web API, along with working knowledge of Angular for UI development. This role requires leadership, architectural insight, and hands-on production support experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage development teams across onsite and offshore environments
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core and Web API
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design
  • Handle production support and troubleshoot critical issues
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and timely delivery

Required Skills

< data-start="1269" data-end="1297">Backend Expertise
  • Strong experience in .NET Core (3.0 .NET 8)
  • Hands-on expertise in Web API development
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core (EF Core)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server
  • Experience working with Azure Cloud services
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Strong background in backend system design and architecture
< data-start="1680" data-end="1718">Frontend Skills (Preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Angular (10+)
  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, SCSS, Bootstrap, MDB
  • Familiarity with Jasmine & Karma for unit testing
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles

Architecture & Engineering Practices

  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
  • Experience in application modernization (e.g., upgrading .NET Core 3 .NET 8, Angular migrations)
  • Exposure to full-stack development environments (preferred)

Additional Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead teams (not just individual contribution)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in production support and issue resolution
  • Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models

Nice to Have

  • Experience in migration/upgrade projects (Angular / .NET)
  • Exposure to React or other frontend frameworks
  • Experience in performance tuning and scalability

Role Expectations

  • Strong backend-focused technical leader
  • Capable of driving development and supporting team delivery
  • UI knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Acts as a technical anchor for the team
