Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support a large enterprise transformation initiative focused on Security, Compliance, Identity, Management, and Privacy. This role plays a critical part in coordinating execution across a broad portfolio of cybersecurity, infrastructure, governance, and operational initiatives spanning both Microsoft and non Microsoft technologies.
The Project Manager will support program leadership by managing schedules, dependencies, risks, and action items while helping maintain alignment across multiple technical and business teams. This is a supporting project management role designed for someone comfortable operating in fast moving, highly interconnected environments with many stakeholders and parallel workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
• Support program leadership with planning, coordination, execution tracking, and operational governance activities
• Maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, status reporting, and recurring meeting cadences
• Coordinate work across security operations, infrastructure and cloud engineering, identity and access management, compliance and governance, endpoint management, privacy and data protection, risk management, and enterprise architecture teams
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and blockers across multiple workstreams
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions and action items, and drive follow up accountability
• Prepare clear and concise executive and stakeholder status updates
• Escalate risks, delays, and resource constraints to appropriate stakeholders
• Assist with vendor coordination, project intake, and cross team communication
• Support operational process improvement and program documentation efforts
Key Requirements
• 3 to 6 years of project management experience supporting enterprise IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, or transformation initiatives
• Experience working in complex cross functional environments with multiple technical teams and stakeholders
• Working knowledge of enterprise security domains including cybersecurity operations, identity and access management, compliance and governance, cloud and infrastructure environments, endpoint management, and privacy and data protection
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Planner, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and interdependent workstreams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of follow through and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting security transformation, infrastructure modernization, governance, or enterprise platform programs
• Familiarity with large enterprise security ecosystems and tools across cloud, networking, identity, and monitoring platforms
• Exposure to Microsoft security and cloud technologies such as Defender, Sentinel, Entra, Purview, Intune, Defender for Cloud, or Security Copilot
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification
• Experience supporting executive level reporting and governance forums
