Job DetailsJob Duties:
- Providing litigation support from intake through resolution in employment and personal injury matters
- Preparing, filing, and e-filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Drafting correspondence, legal forms, and routine litigation documents
- Managing and organizing physical and electronic case files and litigation databases
- Coordinating scheduling, calendars, meetings, and deadlines
- Communicating professionally with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel
- Assisting with discovery, document production, and deposition preparation
- Supporting trial preparation, including exhibit management and logistics
- Performing clerical and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation experience in labor and employment
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate strongly preferred but not required
