Detailed Job Description:

· We are looking for someone with verified practical experience working/supporting document management technologies (7-10 years)

· This individual contributor role will primarily be responsible for providing sustaining application and environment support: performing build and configuration of application environments, and creation of associated process documentation developing and documenting internal procedures for use in operational support of applications and environments monitoring of system performance, system resource planning and forecasting, and implementation of performance improvement activities end user application support, and application issue troubleshooting and resolution engaging organizations within and outside of KP to address and resolve application- or infrastructure-related hardware or software issues provide off-hours support for scheduled and occasional unscheduled activities as the need arises
