IAM Engineer

This role focuses on the authentication space

Duties & Responsibilities
Designs and leads implementation of complex security systems and enhances existing platforms
Leads design and contributes to roadmap planning and operational strategy for security tooling
Leads complex engineering initiatives and cross-team efforts
Defines and enforces technical standards and best practices
Driven/self starter who can mentor junior engineers, supports team development, and projects
Drives improvements in system performance, scalability, and reliability

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Deep expertise in system security, network architecture, or platform engineering
Strong ability to design and implement secure, scalable environments
Advanced problem-solving and technical leadership capabilities
Experience influencing architecture and engineering standards
Strong mentoring and knowledge-sharing skills
Entra ID – required
Idira
Active Directory – required
AI identity management experience required

Required
6+ years of relevant engineering or security experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred
AWS SSO and Sailpoint ISC experience
Advanced training or certifications in cloud, security engineering, or automation
Experience owning technical platforms or major initiatives
