Snowflake Lead Developer or Architect

Role Description:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable Snowflake-based solutions and frameworks.
• Design and build reusable frameworks and components within the Snowflake environment to support enterprise data engineering and analytics needs.
• Develop internal utilities and accelerators using Snowflake-native capabilities to improve development efficiency and standardize data processes.
• Define architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for Snowflake development and implementation.
• Work with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead the development of proof-of-concept solutions and convert successful concepts into reusable enterprise frameworks.
• Optimize Snowflake solutions for performance, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, including design reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
• Identify opportunities to automate existing data processes and develop reusable solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure Snowflake solutions follow established enterprise architecture, security, governance, and development standards.
