Responsibilities:
- Driving transformation at the intersection of business, risk, and technology for 9+
- Driving transformation at the intersection of business, risk, and technology for 9+
- Skilled in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation including BRD,
- FRD, user stories, Gherkin acceptance criteria, traceability matrices and BPMN workflows.
- Adept at capturing non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance,
- usability, and security, ensuring complete and actionable specifications with BPMN.
- Hands-on expertise in SQL(IBM DB2, Oracle, MS SQL Server) for profiling,
- reconciliation, and root-cause analysis in DWH/ETLELT environments.
- Strong background in APl testing and validation using Postman, including schema
- validation, authentication flows (OAuth2), error handling, and edge case..
- Familiar with AWS, Snowflake, and modern data stack concepts, supporting integration, migration, and performance optimization efforts, with BPMN process.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements including AMUKrc, Iso
- 20022, OFAC, and financial crime monitoring processes with BPMN.
- Expertise in risk model governance, BPMN-based business rules management, and audit-ready solution delivery for highly regulated environments.
- Skilled in UAT planning and facilitation, creating realistic task-based scenarios and collaborating with SMEs to validate functionality.
- Proficient in governance cadences such as CCB, change control, BPMN-documented defect triage, to maintain release readiness.
- Experienced in UI/UX wireframing (Balsamiq, Figma) and aligning designs with
- accessibility and usability best practices, collaborating with process.
- Ability to partner with product managers, architects, and engineers to align business requirements, BPMN-modeled processes, and technical feasibility.
- Experienced in conducting stakeholder workshops, JAD sessions, andinterviews to surface and validate requirements from diverse groups.
