Role Overview
We are looking for an Entry-Level IT Business Analyst to support our team in understanding business needs and helping translate them into practical technology solutions. In this role, you will work with both business teams and technical teams to gather information, document requirements, and assist in improving systems or processes. This is a good opportunity for someone who is interested in learning how business and technology work together to solve problems and improve operations.
Responsibilities
• Work with team members to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Gather and document information related to business processes and technical needs.
• Help prepare requirement documents, reports, and basic process descriptions.
• Communicate requirements clearly with developers, testers, and other project team members.
• Assist in reviewing systems or applications to make sure they meet business expectations.
• Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Support the team in identifying areas where technology can improve business processes.
• Help with basic testing or validation of systems when needed.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
• Basic understanding of business processes and IT systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to understand problems and think about possible solutions.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
