Job Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented Business Analysts to analyze business requirements, improve processes, and bridge the gap between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.
Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend effective solutions.
Collaborate with development, QA, product, and project management teams.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Support UAT planning, test-case development, and defect tracking

Required Skills

6- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
Strong knowledge of requirements gathering and business process analysis.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
