Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Python AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI and Azure OpenAI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI frameworks, and AI Chatbots.
Required Skills:
Strong programming experience in Python
Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Services and APIs
Experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel
Experience developing AI Chatbots and Conversational AI solutions
Knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers
Experience with prompt engineering, data preprocessing, and model optimization
Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Docker
Experience deploying and monitoring AI applications on Microsoft Azure
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop AI-powered applications using Python and Azure OpenAI services
Build and implement LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases
Develop intelligent AI Chatbots and conversational AI applications
Fine-tune and optimize AI models for text generation, summarization, and NLP tasks
Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI applications in production environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions effectively
Preferred Experience:
7+ years of software development experience with Python
2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based applications
Experience building scalable, production-ready AI solutions on Azure
