Location: Windsor, CT 06095 Area Code: 860, 203, 413 Shifts: 1st #SupplyChain #ProgramManagement #DeliveryAssurance Job Summary: We are seeking a driven Program Operations Lead Support professional to own delivery assurance and supply chain execution for commercial programs. This onsite role in Windsor Locks works directly with program managers, suppliers, and production teams to resolve critical issues, stabilize delivery performance, and drive operational results. Key Responsibilities: * Own delivery assurance across production sites and supplier direct shipments * Develop and execute supply chain strategies to meet program delivery commitments * Lead resolution of critical supply chain and production issues-drive root cause, corrective actions, and recovery plans * Coordinate cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute against program risks * Drive supplier performance, including schedule recovery and improvement initiatives (with occasional onsite visits) * Track, analyze, and present program metrics to leadership * Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and ongoing delivery alignment * Lead or support initiatives related to reliability, producibility, and cost reduction * Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability Required Qualifications: * Associate or bachelor"s degree in relevant field * 5+ years of experience in operations and supply chain support * Computer savvy with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with SAP desired * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication skills with a high sense of urgency and ownership * ship required due to program requirements Preferred Qualifications: * Aerospace industry experience * Manufacturing or shop floor operations experience * Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills * Experience working directly with suppliers and cross-functional teams Ideal Candidate Profile: * High-energy, proactive, and results-driven-someone who can step in and make an immediate impact * Strong communicator who can influence across teams and escalate effectively when needed * Comfortable operating in a high-visibility, execution-focused environment Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package. Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $36.00-41.00 per hour.
