Job Title: Senior Oracle Apps DBA
Location: Bethesda, MD (100% Onsite)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Apps DBA for a long-term enterprise project on-site in Bethesda, MD. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary database administrator responsible for the operational stability, maintenance, patching, performance tuning, and compliance of core Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 and Oracle Database instances. This role requires demonstrated experience supporting Federal Government / Public Sector environments, ensuring strict adherence to federal security frameworks, STIG compliance, and operational standards.
Required Qualifications:
· 12+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Applications Database Administrator (Apps DBA) supporting Oracle EBS R12.2 and Oracle Database 12c/19c.
· Direct Federal Government / Public Sector experience (Active Public Trust, Secret Clearance, or eligibility for federal background investigation).
· Core technical expertise in ADOP (Online Patching), RMAN Backup/Recovery, Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and OEM 13c.
· Deep understanding of federal compliance standards (NIST 800-53, DISA STIGs, FISMA compliance).
· On-site availability in Bethesda, MD.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience migrating Oracle EBS workloads to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or AWS GovCloud.
· Experience with Oracle Single Sign-On (SSO) integration using Oracle Access Manager (OAM) / Oracle Identity Governance (OIG).
· Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) / Oracle Certified Master (OCM) Apps DBA certification.
