Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and backend services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Python, REST APIs, microservices, databases, cloud platforms, and modern development frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable applications and backend services using Python.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
Develop applications using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and optimize queries.
Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with unit and integration tests.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum development.
Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments.
Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

10+ years of software development experience.
Strong expertise in Python 3.x.
Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and microservices.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar databases.
Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or AI/ML applications.
Knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.
Cloud-native application development.
Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Experience with automated testing using PyTest.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

AWS Certified Developer / Solutions Architect
Microsoft Azure Developer Associate
Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer
Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
