AI Program Manager

Introduction

As an AI Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing AI initiatives within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute AI programs and roadmaps, driving innovation and transformation through the use of Artificial Intelligence technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects and programs.
• Develop and manage enterprise AI programs and roadmaps to drive business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure successful implementation of Agentic AI programs to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide technical expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise architecture.
• Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and results.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies related to AI initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in AI technology and implementation.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Program Management experience with AI, Data, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Experience building and managing enterprise AI programs and roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience of delivering Agentic AI programs is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) is preferred.
