Summary

Job Title: Onsite BI Pod Coordinator

Location: Charlotte, NC / St. Louis, MO (100% Onsite)

Hire-Type: Contract

Role Summary

The Onsite BI Pod Coordinator will serve as the primary onshore liaison between business stakeholders and offshore delivery pods, ensuring effective execution of a pod-based BI delivery model. The role focuses on delivery coordination, governance, knowledge transfer, documentation, and continuous improvement while providing a 360° view of overall pod health and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Coordination

Coordinate day-to-day activities across onshore stakeholders and offshore BI pods
Ensure priorities, scope, timelines, and dependencies are clearly communicated and executed
Track delivery progress and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks

Governance & Stakeholder Cadence

Establish and manage structured delivery cadence (daily standups, weekly operational reviews, monthly governance calls)
Provide timely status updates, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries
Support escalation management and issue resolution

Knowledge Transfer & Documentation

Lead knowledge transfer during onboarding, transitions, and role changes
Ensure functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories are maintained and current
Support cross-team knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption

Staffing & Continuity

Maintain visibility into pod staffing, onboarding, and transitions
Coordinate shadowing and backup coverage to ensure continuity
Highlight potential skill gaps or attrition risks

Continuous Improvement & Quality

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains
Support quality initiatives and track improvement actions
Reinforce pod-based delivery standards and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in BI, data, analytics, or technology delivery environments
Proven experience coordinating onshore–offshore delivery teams
Familiarity with BI delivery workflows and analytics platforms
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
