Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions for workforce and application access
Oversee identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, role-based access, and periodic access reviews
Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation solutions
Integrate IAM platforms with cloud environments, SaaS applications, and on-premise systems
Collaborate with security, audit, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to policies and frameworks
Troubleshoot and resolve complex access and authentication issues (Tier 2/3 support)
Maintain IAM documentation, policies, standards, and procedures
Participate in IAM transformation initiatives, upgrades, and security programs
Monitor IAM systems for availability, performance, and security incidents

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or related IT roles
Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD (Entra ID), Ping Identity, SailPoint, ForgeRock, or CyberArk
Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols:
- SSO, MFA
- OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML
Experience with Active Directory and/or LDAP
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools
Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and least-privilege access models
Experience with compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001)
Relevant certifications (Azure Identity, Okta Certified, CISSP, Security+, etc.)
