- Proven record of being able to manage multiple project efforts at the same time


- Provides clear and concise written and verbal communication for project status and escalates appropriately to ensure timely removal of roadblocks


- Ability to dissect technical problems, analyze data, and recommend potential solutions


- Robust experience with synthesizing input from multiple sources into business requirements, standards, and/or guidelines


- Lead or participate in moderately complex programs and initiatives for data quality, governance, and metadata activities


- Design and conduct moderately complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality, data integrity, process, and control gaps


- Ability to work in Hybrid Office model and be in office at least 3 days a week


-Needs to know SQL.


-Experience with loans, credit risk, lending, and regulatory reporting.


-Previous experience at a financial institution.
