Description
We are looking for a skilled User Experience (UX) Designer with a strong background in creating user-focused digital experiences for the pharmaceutical advertising industry. This contract position requires someone adept at transforming complex clinical data and workflows into intuitive, compliant designs that enhance engagement and accessibility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing omnichannel campaigns, patient support platforms, and branded/unbranded assets while adhering to industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop scalable design systems, component libraries, and interactive prototypes using advanced Figma techniques tailored for multi-brand pharmaceutical environments.
Create high-fidelity prototypes to facilitate user testing, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
Design user experiences compliant with industry standards, including Veeva and other regulatory requirements, for both organizational and patient audiences.
Transform scientific and clinical data into clear, visually accessible layouts to support patient education and brand messaging.
Lead discovery sessions, wireframing workshops, and stakeholder reviews to ensure alignment on UX strategies.
Collaborate with creative, medical, strategy, and development teams to ensure designs reflect brand goals and scientific accuracy.
Deliver comprehensive UX documentation, including user flows, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
Balance creativity with compliance by designing visually appealing, medically accurate, and user-validated digital solutions.
Adapt to fast-paced agency settings, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Requirements
Proficiency in UX/UI design principles with a focus on healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
Advanced expertise in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and file management.
Experience in wireframing and creating interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder presentations.
Familiarity with Veeva standards and other pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
Strong ability to translate complex clinical data into digestible and user-friendly information.
Effective collaboration skills to work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Knowledge of Adobe XD and other design tools is preferred.
