Job Description

In the assigned Job Role of Industry Principal Oracle Cloud Customer Experience Leader
Key Skills:
Hands-on experience in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, Oracle Field Service Cloud, Fusion Sales Cloud, CPQ Cloud
Must have implementation experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle cloud.
Required to have full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle CX modules (Subscription Management Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Fusion Sales Cloud, CPQ Cloud).
Must have an understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM) and agile and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.

Preferred Skill and Experience

Experience with legacy ERP to Cloud migration or hybrid multi-ERP environments.
Exposure to CX transformation programs
Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit controls, and governance frameworks.
