Role Overview
-
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Leader with strong Insurance domain experience to manage enterprise client accounts, drive delivery excellence, and build strategic customer relationships across global onshore-offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and SLAs are met.
- Serve as the primary client-facing leader for business and IT stakeholders.
- Establish program governance, conduct reviews, and manage escalations.
- Coordinate with offshore delivery managers and technical teams.
- Drive process improvements, digital transformation, and account growth opportunities.
- Manage risks, compliance, financials, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Provide executive-level reporting on program status, KPIs, risks, and issues.
- Manage vendors and cross-functional global delivery teams
Required Skills
- 15+ years of IT Delivery/Program Management experience with strong client-facing experience.
- Strong experience managing large, complex, multi-project programs in global delivery models.
- Expertise in program governance, delivery management, stakeholder management, and financial management.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with enterprise/Fortune 500 clients and consulting/IT services organizations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred
- Strong Insurance domain experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or ITIL certification.
- Experience in digital transformation, operational excellence, and account growth.
- Strong commercial and strategic customer engagement skills.
