DescriptionSeeking an IT Support professional with a strong service mindset to deliver high-quality technical assistance, streamline onboarding/offboarding, and support a variety of SaaS and endpoint technologies onsite in Chicago. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively, and enjoys improving support processes and documentation.
Description- Provide technical support to internal employees and contractors across hardware, software, and SaaS tools.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, hardware setup, and access management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Security, Engineering) to maintain smooth IT operations and support workflows.
- Assist with ticket triage and resolution, escalating complex issues when appropriate.
- Administer and support SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence, and OneLogin.
- Contribute to improving IT documentation, SOPs, and overall support processes.
Skills- MDM (Jamf or similar)
- Automation tools: Zapier, IFTTT, Workato
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 2-5 years of IT support experience (helpdesk, desktop support, or similar) in a fast-paced environment (startup, MSP).
- Strong communication and troubleshooting abilities, especially when supporting remote teams.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, OneLogin (or similar), and macOS/Windows environments.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA or similar.
- Basic understanding of user access management, roles, and SaaS administration.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
