Summary

Job Title:- Technical Lead — UI Development

Location:- Remote (EST)

Duration:- Contract

Role Summary
The Technical Lead will lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise user-interface applications. The candidate must have strong experience with React, C#, Kubernetes, and modern application-development
practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and development of enterprise web applications.
Provide technical leadership across multiple Agile scrum teams.
Define application architecture, coding standards, reusable components, and development practices.
Lead front-end development using React.
Guide back-end and API development using C# and related Microsoft technologies.
Support containerized application deployment and orchestration using Kubernetes.
Review solution designs, code, security, performance, scalability, and integration approaches.
Coordinate with product owners, architects, UX teams, developers, QA teams, and DevOps teams.
Manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery issues.
Mentor onshore and offshore developers.
Present technical recommendations and delivery updates to client stakeholders.

Required Experience

Strong technical leadership experience in enterprise application development.
Hands-on experience with React and C#.
Strong experience with REST APIs, integration services, and modern web-application architecture.
Experience with Kubernetes and containerized application environments.
Experience leading multiple Agile scrum teams.
Experience managing distributed onshore/offshore development teams.
Strong understanding of application security, scalability, performance, and coding best practices.
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and contribute immediately.

Preferred Experience

Healthcare payer or health insurance experience.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, .NET, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps.
Experience supporting member, provider, clinical, or healthcare operations applications.
Experience working on MSO or similar enterprise healthcare application programs.
