EDI Onboarding Coordinator (Contract – Remote)
Length: 2–4 months+
Availability: Must be able to start quickly

We’re seeking an experienced EDI Coordinator to support a major increase in retailer onboarding activity for a national distributor. This role focuses on partner communication, onboarding management, and testing within a legacy ERP environment. The company anticipates a rapid uptick in onboarding volume very soon and is seeking someone who can step in immediately and bring structure to a fast-moving process.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate EDI onboarding activities with retail trading partners.

  • Gather requirements, clarify specifications, and manage timelines.

  • Facilitate communication between external partners and internal technical teams.

  • Organize multiple simultaneous onboardings (10–25 in flight trading partner onboarding projects).

  • Support testing of EDI transactions in the company’s ERP environment.

  • If experienced with Epicor Prelude, (formerly known as Activant) you may assist with additional tasks such as generating test orders/invoices.

What You Bring

  • Strong experience in EDI coordination, onboarding, and partner communication.

  • Ability to organize and manage many concurrent onboarding projects.

  • Familiarity with common retail EDI transactions.

  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and documentation skills.

  • Bonus: experience with Epicor Prelude or Activant and legacy ERP EDI testing.
