Experience integrating planning tools with SAP ERP.

Job Description
This role leads the delivery and implementation of supply chain planning solutions covering demand planning, supply planning, and finite scheduling across multiple Abbott divisions. The focus is on executing projects, ensuring adoption, and delivering measurable business value.
What This Person Will Do
Strategy & EarlyStage Work
Help assess current processes, systems, and data across divisions.
Support platform evaluations and fitgap analysis (e.g., Kinaxis, OMP, SAP IBP).
Contribute to defining project scope, success metrics, and highlevel solution direction.
Identify risks and integration challenges between SAP and legacy systems.
Evaluate data readiness and integration complexity.
Solution Design & Delivery
Lead the design and implementation of planning solutions (Demand, Supply, Scheduling).
Run workshops to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
Oversee configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Work closely with supply chain, manufacturing, commercial, IT, and system integrators.
Ensure solutions meet GxP, validation, and regulatory requirements.
Drive standardization across divisions while supporting unique business needs.
Recommend continuous improvements and process enhancements.
Data & Integration
Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
Ensure data quality and readiness across SAP and legacy systems.
Assist with testing and validation of data flows and integrations.
