Summary

Job Title: SR Solutions Architect

Location: Hartford, Connecticut, Princeton, NJ

Work mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end enterprise solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead architecture for cloud, applications, integrations, data, and infrastructure.
Develop target-state architecture, roadmaps, and modernization strategies.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Drive Azure cloud architecture and support AWS initiatives.
Ensure security, compliance, resiliency, and performance standards.
Create architecture diagrams, HLDs, and solution design documents.
Collaborate with business, delivery, data, infrastructure, and security teams.
Support legacy modernization and API/integration transformation efforts.
Provide technical leadership and mentor architecture teams.

Required Skills:
15+ years of IT experience with Solution Architecture expertise.
Strong Azure Cloud Architecture experience.
P&C Insurance domain experience.
Enterprise, Application, and Integration Architecture.
Cloud Migration & Modernization.
APIs, Microservices, and System Integrations.
Architecture Roadmaps & Target-State Design.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
