Job Title : SFDC Developer with Copado experience

Location: Remote (PST location)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff-level Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development and administration, along with hands-on experience using Copado for DevOps and release management. This role requires someone who can work independently in a remote environment and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

 Key Responsibilities

·        Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

·        Perform configuration and customization within Salesforce, including workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules.

·        Manage and optimize release processes using Copado, ensuring smooth and error-free deployments.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, integrations, and performance.

·        Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

 Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

·        Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning framework.

·        Solid understanding of Salesforce administration tasks.

·        Experience with Copado for deployment and release management is mandatory.

·        Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

·        Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
