Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Agent Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade AI agents using Google Gemini Enterprise and the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Python, Generative AI/LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, MCP, and A2A protocols.

The selected candidate will build intelligent AI agents supporting Finance, Marketing, and HR use cases, integrate agents with enterprise data and business applications, and contribute reusable components to an enterprise AI Agent Library.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI agents using Google Gemini Enterprise and Google ADK.
• Implement agent reasoning, planning, memory, tool invocation, and multi-agent/sub-agent orchestration.
• Develop agent workflows using the A2A (Agent-to-Agent) protocol.
• Integrate enterprise applications and data sources using MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Build RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, grounding, and contextual retrieval solutions.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms including Databricks, ServiceNow, Snowflake, OneDrive, Adobe, and PDF-based data sources.
• Develop reusable and modular agent components for an enterprise AI Agent Library.
• Perform unit testing and AI evaluation using the Google ADK evaluation framework.
• Optimize prompts, model configurations, agent performance, and response quality.
• Implement appropriate AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with Data & AI Engineers, API/MCP Developers, FDEs, and other technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, estimation, and technical risk assessment.
• Follow software development best practices, coding standards, security requirements, and enterprise processes.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering/development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI/LLM development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Experience developing AI agents using Google Gemini / Gemini Enterprise.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with prompt engineering for LLM/GenAI applications.
• Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector search, and grounding.
• Experience with AI agent orchestration and multi-agent architectures.
• Knowledge of A2A (Agent-to-Agent) protocols.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool integration.
• Strong understanding of LLM application architecture and enterprise AI development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Vertex AI.
• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with Google Cloud Run or GKE.
• Knowledge of AI safety, evaluation, and guardrail frameworks.
• Experience with Model Armor or Guardrails AI.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, ServiceNow, or other enterprise platforms.
• Finance, Marketing, or HR domain experience.
• Google Cloud, Gemini, or ADK certification.
