Job Summary: Senior/Principal ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Vulnerability Response)

- Serve as a senior technical consultant specializing in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and related Risk/SecOps modules.
- Lead and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow VR implementations for clients, ensuring best practices and high-quality solutions.
- Provide deep hands-on configuration and integration of ServiceNow VR and other SecOps modules.
- Analyze and manage CMDB/CI relationships as they pertain to Vulnerability Response and Risk/SecOps processes.
- Leverage extensive consulting experience to guide clients through ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, deployment, and optimization.
- Maintain and demonstrate active ServiceNow certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), and at least one CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) in RC, VR, or TPRM; CTA candidates require CTA certification or two CIS and proven architect experience.
- Collaborate with client and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance, troubleshooting, and recommendations for ServiceNow VR and Risk/SecOps capabilities.
- Work remotely with potential contract extension through June 2027.
- Ensure all certifications are verifiable and up to date.
