Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead large-scale Data initiatives for clients in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, engage with business and technology stakeholders, drive digital transformation, and ensure successful execution of data modernization programs involving cloud platforms, AI/ML, and enterprise data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple Data & Analytics projects for P&C Insurance clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, business leaders, and executive sponsors.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
Drive Agile/Scrum delivery and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with business, data engineering teams.
Lead cloud data modernization initiatives using Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Understand P&C insurance business processes.
Ensure governance, data quality, security, and compliance standards are met.
Present project status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership.
Mentor delivery teams and foster continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Program or Engagement management.
Strong experience managing enterprise Data Engineering or Data Analytics projects.
Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or other P&C Insurance platforms.
Knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements Data Lake/Data Warehouse architectures
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
Experience managing onsite and offshore delivery teams.
