Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Proven professional experience in Android application development.

  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and working knowledge of Java.

  • Solid understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle.

  • Hands-on experience building applications using Jetpack Compose and/or Android XML layouts.

  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, networking libraries, and backend integration.

  • Knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, dependency injection, and object-oriented programming.

  • Experience with Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, and asynchronous programming.

  • Familiarity with Android Jetpack libraries and local data persistence using Room or SQLite.

  • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

  • Understanding of mobile application security, performance optimization, and testing practices.

  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
