Role: Lead Data Architect
Location: Austin, TX/Cupertino, CA ( Locals Preferred)

· 12+ years of experience delivering data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence solutions in legal, corporate, and highly regulated environments.
· Expertise in Legal Matter Management systems, eBilling platforms, legal spend analysis, matter lifecycle management, invoice validation, accrual reporting, request management, and legal operations analytics.
· Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration frameworks, and cloud-based data architectures to support enterprise reporting and AI initiatives.
· Advanced SQL and Python skills for data extraction, transformation, automation, optimization, analytics, and machine learning applications.
· Extensive experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, and Azure-based data platforms.
· Build semantic layer and executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting solutions using Business Objects, Tableau.
· Implement data governance, master data management (MDM), metadata management, and data quality frameworks to ensure compliance and data integrity.
· Support legal, finance, procurement, and executive stakeholders with actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
· Leverage AI-powered tools and generative AI technologies to automate workflows, enhance analytics, improve documentation, and increase productivity.
· Lead data cleansing, reconciliation, validation, and root-cause analysis initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and business confidence.
