Design, implement, and enhance scalable Kaseya MDM architecture for managing thousands of healthcare devices.
Configure and maintain secure device enrollment, zero-touch provisioning, and OTA update mechanisms via Kaseya MDM.
Manage end-to-end device lifecycle: onboarding, policy enforcement, monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and decommissioning.
Enable remote device control capabilities (lock, wipe, app management, kiosk mode, certificate rotation) using Kaseya MDM.
Build and maintain backend services/APIs supporting device telemetry, compliance validation, and operational dashboards.
Ensure device compliance with healthcare security standards and secure handling of sensitive data (HIPAA or equivalent).
Support EVV workflows by ensuring reliable GPS tracking, device uptime, and real-time synchronization.
Optimize system performance for high concurrency and distributed device fleets.
Integrate the Kaseya MDM platform with identity management, monitoring tools, and care-management systems.
Lead incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous platform hardening.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to long-term architectural strategy.
