Position: AWS Developer

Location: Princeton, NJ (3 Days Onsite from Day 1)

Duration: 12+ Months of Contract

Role:

As a Senior AWS Developer, you will be responsible for building cloud-native, serverless, and AI-enabled applications using AWS services. You will work hands-on across development, integration, automation, and optimization of cloud solutions. This role involves developing scalable and secure backend services, implementing event-driven components, integrating LLM/Agentic AI capabilities, and contributing to modernization initiatives across AWS environments.

Mandatory Skills

• 10 to 12 years of overall experience with strong AWS development background.

• Hands-on development using AWS serverless services: Lambda, DynamoDB, SNS/SQS, Step Functions, API Gateway.

• Strong programming experience in Node.js or python

• Solid experience with AWS SDK, event-driven patterns, and microservices.

• Good understanding of AWS compute, networking, security, and CI/CD.

• Experience with CloudFormation for IaC.

• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

• Ability to write secure, scalable, production-grade cloud applications.

• Experience with embeddings, vector indexing, or Agentic AI workflows.

• Knowledge of DynamoDB advanced patterns (streams, TTLs, global tables).

• Experience working with RDS or other cloud databases.

• Exposure to front-end technologies (React.js) for full-stack work.

• Familiarity with AWS Service Catalog, IAM Identity Center, or governance tools.

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

• AWS Certifications (Developer Associate, Solutions Architect Associate/Professional).
