Seeking a highly motivated, self-directed Internal Project Coordinator to support a multi-year construction project. This role provides administrative and coordination support to ensure effective communication among internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders. The coordinator will help manage documentation, track project progress, and support adherence to the owner's objectives related to budget, schedule, quality, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between internal departments, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, records, and reporting
- Provide financial and procurement support, including tracking budgets and approvals
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and overall progress
- Support move-in activities, project close-out, and transition processes
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2–4 years of project coordination experience, preferably in construction projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills
