What will you do? Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance both legacy and modern Line-of-Business applications.
Partner directly with stakeholders to clarify requirements, set expectations, and communicate progress clearly and transparently.
Break down complex business needs into actionable tasks-some for you, some for teammates.
Troubleshoot and resolve unknown or unexpected technical issues with minimal supervision.
Support Tier 1 Helpdesk by providing application-specific knowledge and guidance.
What will make you a successful candidate? 4+ years building, maintaining, or extending business-critical tools and applications.
Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or STEM) or 2 additional years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills with the ability to follow through on commitments reliably.
Proven ability to manage time effectively in an environment with shifting priorities.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with .NET (Blazor, MVC), PHP, JavaScript, and MS SQL / T-SQL.
Background with BI systems and ETL workflows.
Exposure to ERP systems such as Infor or Oracle. Familiarity with manufacturing environments (aerospace experience is a bonus).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).Schedule & Expectations - Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift
- Occasional overtime, after-hours, or weekend work may be needed-we support the systems we build.
