Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering, graduating in 2026
United States citizenship
Less than 1 year of post-graduation work experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance through US DOD

Preferred

Internship, co-op, senior design project, research, or other project experience
Involvement in clubs, sports, or other campus activities

Skills

Ability to collaborate, ask questions, and learn quickly
Growth mindset
Strong industrial engineering fundamental knowledge
Understanding of Learn Manufacturing and / or Lean Six Sigma principals
Passion for problem solving
Strong verbal communication
