Role Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise application initiatives and drive alignment between business needs and technology solutions. This role plays a critical part in gathering and translating business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications that enable effective system implementations and enhancements. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and project teams to ensure solutions are scalable, user focused, and aligned to organizational goals.
In this role, you will lead requirements discovery, process documentation, and solution design activities while serving as a key liaison between business and technical teams. You will contribute across the full system development lifecycle, from analysis and design through testing, training, and post implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and process flow diagrams to support solution design
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to requirements and timelines
• Support system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and usability
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process maps, SOPs, and user guides
• Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and clear communication
• Support training, change management, and adoption initiatives for enterprise applications
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Experience working as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise systems and business processes
• Strong understanding of ERP modules including Finance, Project Management, Procurement, HR, or Service and Maintenance
• Experience developing business requirements, process documentation, and system reports
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Visio for process mapping and documentation
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills with a results oriented mindset
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
Work Location and Schedule
This is an on site role, 4 days per week in Tucker, Georgia, with standard business hours.
