Key Responsibilities:
- Executive IT Support: Supporting executives with audio/video equipment in their board rooms (client has a mix of Teams, Crestron, and Logitech)
- Infrastructure & Hardware: Perform racking, stacking, and cable management in network racks based on server team specifications
- Networking & Configuration: Configure and maintain network devices (switches, firewalls), experience with Palo Alto firewalls on the OT side is necessary
- Systems Administration: Manage Windows servers, including imaging, patching, and troubleshooting
- User Support & AD: Perform Tier 2 desktop/network troubleshooting and Active Directory tasks (password resets, group policies)
- MDM Management: Manage mobile devices and workstations via Microsoft Intune, with potential transition to JAMF
Must have:
- 2+ years of Tier 2 Executive IT support experience
- Networking Knowledge (Strong routing/switching experience - Fortinet preferred, Cisco is ok)
- Hardware Knowledge (Racking/stacking, cabling, and server maintenance)
- OS/Systems (Windows OS)
- MDM Management
- Active Directory (AD) user/group management
